Asha grew up amidst the lush landscapes and tribal heritage of Wayanad, Kerala, where an early bond with nature and traditions shaped her perspective on rural livelihoods. After completing her post-graduation in Finance in Bengaluru, she began a successful corporate finance career in Dubai—but soon felt the urge to create meaningful impact. Inspired by the resilience and originality of tribal communities, Asha envisioned sustainable business models that not only empower the under-celebrated cultural groups but also give them their rightful recognition. Her mission is clear: to provide visibility, fair value, and respect for the cultural heritage of rural communities. Guided by integrity, fairness, and a deep commitment to sustainability, she champions eco-conscious practices that honor both people and the planet.
