Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Much of what we use comes from our own plantations in the Western Ghats of Wayanad, where the red earth and careful cultivation give us single-origin ingredients of consistent quality. The rest is sourced locally from small farmers and forest communities who share our respect for the land. From planting to packing, every step remains under our care. Nothing rushed, nothing compromised.
Do you use any artificial fragrances or preservatives?
No. Our products are free from artificial fragrances, parabens, sulfates, and synthetic preservatives. We believe in using only natural ingredients that nourish your skin and body without side effects.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Domestic (within India): Delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location. International: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 2 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a defect. For more details, please check our Refund & Return Policy page.
Can I exchange products?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can request a refund and place a new order.
